Well, as it turns out, you don’t have to eat a bunch of kale or train for a marathon to get an up on being healthier. A recent poll revealed that people who say “hello” more often live longer lives and have a general better sense of well being! For my fellow introverts out there, a fist bump or high five will suffice.
Why does saying hello better your health? Experts say it helps emotional well being and brings security in communities. Everyone benefits from being the recipient of a greeting. “Expert opinion” aside, isn’t being friendly just a great trait to have in general? And, the way I see it, it is contagious!
How about this? Make it a point to say hello and let’s see how much it brings the ‘”feel good, do good” vibes to the Project community!
I’ll even accept a head nod.
