One of my passions is cooking. Recently I have been on a journey to find great tasting recipes, but with good health in mind. I was so interested in this that I got my Nutrition Coach certification! I wanted to be able to cook in a healthy way for myself and my family, without compromising flavor! So, I thought that I would share some of my “cheat codes” for healthy swaps when I am cooking some of my favorites.
Sour cream = Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
Butter = pureed avocado (this is mainly for baking)
Ground beef = ground turkey
Popsicle/frozen treats = frozen grapes
