It’s officially Fall! That means we downshift to our hoodies, cozy blankets, and of course all the fall deliciousness!
Here are some fruits and veggies that are “in” for fall:
-Apples
-Cranberries

-Key limes

-Broccoli
-Brussel Sprouts
-Beets
When I see this list, I’m automatically thinking of quick yummy dishes and drinks. My latest thing has been to put a few apple slices and a cinnamon stick in a mug of hot water, let it infuse for 15 minutes, and then you get a really warm fall water “remix” that will keep you hydrated. You also benefit from the nutrients of the ingredients. Broccoli, brussel sprouts, and beets can all be roasted in an oven–or my favorite, the air fryer!) for a yummy dinner side dish.
