Sometimes, it just all falls apart.
The check bounces. The friend leaves. The pet dies. The kids fight. The washing machine breaks. The job ends. The disagreement explodes. The test fails.
These moments are hard and frustrating on their own. But when it piles on, it can feel like the clouds just won’t clear and tomorrow can’t come soon enough, even if you know deep down, nothing will change with the sunrise.
You’re not alone here.
We are promised company in the lowest lows, and the highest highs, and God shines best when we’re depleted of all our ability to just hang on for one more day.
I lean into this space with you this week, and I pray that you can allow God’s arms to hold you tight. He promises your tomorrow, and even if you can barely see in the dark, don’t let go.
He’s got you.
