Your mom told you not to do drugs. I’m going to tell you to not DEAL drugs!
With the coronavirus impacting a lot of people’s jobs, rent is an issue. The government stimulus package put in help for home owners if they can’t pay their mortgage, but there’s nothing for renters!
But in Idaho, we have a loophole. Don’t use this unless you really need it, and of course, communicate and work with your home owner first.
If you ARE stuck, there is no way to be evicted right now. All non-essential court hearings have been canceled because of Governor Little’s stay at home order! Which means you might have a few more days to get it all worked out or find a new job. (the order expires right now at April 15th).
There is a catch though! If the eviction is considered essential, it will happen. What type of evictions are essential? If you’re selling drugs out of the house, get ready to be evicted. That IS considered to be essential. So, STOP SELLING DRUGS!
