My blog is called ‘Foodie Forever’ for a reason.
Yes, I am the resident foodie here at Project 88.7, but I also love a good recipe that saves me time! This is my go-to recipe that I use every week and never tire of.
If you have ever bought a rotisserie chicken at the store, and you have a larger air fryer, this is for you. You can make a whole rotisserie-style chicken in the air fryer in about an hour. Once you try this, I can almost promise you won’t buy another store-bought chicken again.
- Make sure you get a chicken that will fit your air fryer
- Season the chicken with Kosher Salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Italian herbs.
- Air fry breast side down at 365 degrees for 60 min. Then, flip the chicken and cook for another 10 min.
- MAKE SURE THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE IS 165 degrees. That is when you know the chicken is safely cooked.
This recipe is hands down one of the reasons why I am an Air Fryer fan for life! Enjoy!
